The Quinghai-Tibet train line high on the barren Tibetan plateau
Passing over high altitude frozen wastelands on the way to Tibet. Refridgeration
elements have been sank into the permafrost to stop the ground thawing out
and moving during winter. The whole train line is also fenced off 100%. It really
is one of the worlds great train journeys.
